BRIGADIER GENERAL ARTHUR I TABAQUERO is the Commander, 8th Infantry Division, Philippine Army effective 04 June 2008. Prior to his designation he was the Army Chief Resource Management Office, Philippine Army from 31 January 2007 to 01 June 2008.
